Mirazur takes care of your property when you are unable to do so yourself

When your property is far away it is good to know that someone is taking care of it, so that there are no bad surprises such as water damage, unanswered mail, dirty pool and countless other occurrences next time you visit.

The property management may consist of :

  • • a regular visit and inspection of the property
  • • organisation and follow up on professional teams such as the gardener, pool maintenance etc
  • • emptying the mailbox, administrative formalities, answering official letters, payment of invoices etc
  • • organising artisans and having necessary repairs done
  • • arranging cleaning services
  • • preparing the house for your arrival (turning on the heat, buying groceries…)

These are only some of the possibilities and therefore the property management is agreed individually based on your needs.

From day one Kirsten has been our ”rescuer” when we bought our wonderful villa Rosa in Antibes. We were not good in French and we didn’t know anybody who could help us upgrade our new house. Since we bought our house in St Paul in 2007, Mirazur has taken care of all the problems that can arise when as a Dane you buy property in France. The presence of Mirazur in the local area as well as a good understanding of French culture and mentality has been very helpful for us.

Who is Mirazur ?

The person behind Mirazur is Kirsten Matthiesen.

She has extensive experience at executive level with Danish companies always working in an international environment with direct contact to the consumer.

Previously living and working in Paris, Amsterdam and Copenhagen, she has now chosen Vence as her base. She is fluent in Danish, French, English and German.

After several years’ with a Danish-French law firm in Vence supplying practical assistance in connection with property conveyance and management, she is now handling her own service company, Mirazur, founded in 2006.

With Mirazur she combines her international business experience, thorough knowledge of the French “system” and her local network of reliable artisans, gardeners, pool maintenance personnel, among others.
